Mention "urban planning" around Dublin and people will invariably think of half-finished estates in the middle of nowhere, brown envelopes stuffed with cash and council employees with huge retirement villas in Portugal!
But there was a time when we got it right. This is the the view along Upper Mount Street towards St. Stephen's Church, better known as the Pepper Canister! Hard to believe that this was grazing land less than 200 years ago...
And welcome Sunflower, the latest masochist valued subscriber to look at this stuff on a regular basis!
