Friday 24 February 2012: Wind Farm
Went to have a look at this Wind Farm - there were 9 of them, and they are at Hillend.
It had been raining all morning but by the afternoon it had cleared but was blowing a gale.
Surprisingly I did not hear any noise from them but there again the wind was making enough noise.
They actually look quite spectacular sitting at the top of the hill, but I know they are objected to by some sectors.
