Friday 24 February 2012: A Day Of Idiots
Really, when it gets to the point that I'm calling people idiots, then it is a Very Bad Day. Perhaps I woke up in a bad mood but honestly, by the time we got to the supermarket I was ready to shout at someone.
Wholeheartedly fed up with "that rule doesn't apply to me" drivers on the road.
I shall skip lightly over the people in the supermarket who like to block aisles, randomly ignore you and, my favourite, arguing the toss over a 10 cent discount and then looking smugly around as if to say "I'm important I am and that 10 cent discount is more important to me than You will ever be".
Sadly there is no German equivalent of "F*ckw!t" that I know of or I would have said it very loudly. Instead, I said nothing and fumed.
Felt a lot better when I saw me first Ladybird of the year though. Ein Marienkäfer in German. That released a lot of pressure.
