welcome to our great city runners!
this weekend is the cowtown marathon.
I worked at the expo fair this afternoon: a 5 hour shift at the UNTHSC booth working with the orthopaedic club and the omm club. We did flexibility screening, stretching, and some soft tissue work. The PT's assessed gait and the family physicians club screened blood sugar and blood pressure.
I will be at the remote medical station near mile 21 on sunday. hoping the weather stays good.
