Sunday 26 February 2012: Sludge, dirty oil and bilgewater

Why a rope around the firebox? When in bad weather the lock can't withstand the impact of the waves. To prevent that the contents will wash over the side, this is the most convenient solution. In the meantime will see if there are better boxes on the market.

After pumping ashore our waste oil, ready for departure.
