And After -

Still some work to do, mostly on the top, and I don't think the photograph shows how severely we cut the hedge back. This is probably because of the curve at the near end which goes almost from a point and then in a sweeping curve to the left of the photo. Deceptive but we have a Green Wheelie Bin full of Pyracantha plus three trips to the tip with the rear of the Rover 25 full of cut branches and twigs.

Dreadful stuff Pyracantha but beautiful berries. It will come back again and I'll invest in a new hedge trimmer to keep it back where it should be!

By the way, the bike was uncovered to move it and it has deteriorated quite badly with the damp under the covers. This was from condensation as there were layers of plastic underneath the tarpaulin. Liberally sprayed with WD40 and will have a big clean up when I have garage space again.
