I noticed these chairs on my 10k training the other day so I took my camera with me today for my first run of week 3 of training.

This week is 5 minutes of walking, 90 secs run, 90 seconds walk, 3 mins run, 3 mins walk and then repeated. I felt I could have run for longer than the 3 mins which is good. I've no idea how far I went today as my garmin plug-in on my phone must have lost track of the satellites, oh well I'll repeat the same course on Tuesday or Wednesday and find out!
