Sunday 26 February 2012: Sunday Afternoon Session
Soft rain all day today, spent most of the day cleaning up the fine layer of soot from everywhere after my blocked chimney incident! Took a brief walk in the rain but it was really to wet to get the camera out. Felt I deserved a break, so off to Schull for the Sunday session in Hacketts Bar, friends Anna, Kenny and Liam were playing, they are great, Kenny writes a lot of his own material but they play folk songs from artists like Stevie Nicks, Sandy Denny and Joni Mitchell.
Birthday supper at Marikas, pot luck but the theme was Indian food, really delicious meal, what a sociable weekend it has been!
