The Key to Learning?

Well, the key to my classroom at least.

So, what's the program this week?

The key to losing weight and keeping it off is:

Breakfast
Less than 10 hours of television a week
An hour of exercise every day

I can do that. I will, maybe, do that.

I will strive to do that. I'll do my best.

Let's see how it goes.
