Tuesday 28 February 2012: Noon shadows
...are still quite long, but they are growing shorter every day!
After a night with about 5 cm new snow falling, day temperatures rose to about +6-7°C in Uppsala. Siskins, goldfinches, great tits, blue tits, woodpeckers and all the other wee birdies were singing, drumming and playing their hearts out!
