The Plunge Pool

J and I went to try the Steam Rooms at the swimming pool...a great little 1930's building which Northampton Council is busy ruining by updating it.



I have never used a steam room or a sauna before and after the initial OMG settled down and thoroughly enjoyed the experience ... will be doing this again supposed to be good for you ...it certainly felt good
