Wednesday 29 February 2012: Garlic Chicken and Basmati Rice

Night in tonight but I just wanted to take it easy and chill before the nights out start again. Another dish from Cook in Morningside, this time Garlic Chicken. I think my team will be quite happy that we have just put up the desk dividers, there was quite a bit of a garlic in there but again it was great - can't recommend Cook enough.
