Arbutus Marina

This little arbutus marina has been showing off this year. He's not very old. Last year he barely had a blossom. But this year not only is his bark red and pealy, but he's full of blossom and has even had some "strawberries."

He's one of the only trees that came with Wellington. There is also a very old, gnarly fig tree which was almost featured today. I'm sure I will be snapping some pics of him soon. Not to mention all the little fruit trees we have put in that are blooming like crazy. I hope we get some fruit this year!
