Mad dogs & englishmen go out in the midday sun

......Or in this case flopsybunny & harebell!

We had a lovely catch up today & couldn't have timed it better as the weather was just glorious. After a wonderful butternut squash soup (made by harebell) & accompanying cheese & herb scones (made by me) we went for a lovely walk. There were quite a few people out & about, making the most of the sunshine & it felt good to feel the warmth in the air. On our return we had a well needed cuppa & a pastry......lovely.
