Thursday 1 March 2012: enLIGHTen Charlotte Square #edlighten

Tonight was the opening of enLIGHTen in Edinburgh's New Town. There were displays in St Andrew Square (a quote from David Hume projected onto the Melville monument) and Charlotte Square where there is a quote from James Hutton projected onto a sphere with moving images of the earth, water and lava.

There are more displays scheduled for the next couple of weeks - it'll be interesting to see what they are!
