You can't get more inner city that this. "Parks" in Japan, or Tokyo at least, aren't nice places at all, but this one is something special. It's under the entrance ramp to a bridge, you have to cross a dual carriageway using a zebra crossing to get into it, and the ground is basically rubble. It's got one slide, one bench, a tennis practice wall that is listing somewhat dangerously, and a group of homeless guys living at the back. Great for grim photos, a bit sad for the local kids.
