Heard Nick Clegg say the stupidest thing on the radio tonight... Apparently the new Scotland Bill, which is a Lib Dem idea apparently, gives a lot more power to Scotland, in fact it's the "biggest transfer of power to Scotland since the Act of Union."

Assuming he's talking about the Act of Union, erm Nick, that transferred power away from Scotland...

Ah well.
