Thursday 21 August 2008: Phew
We can all breath again - my new camera showed up this morning.
First impressions are very good:
- you can use three AAAs in place of the rechargeable battery (without using an adaptor)
- you can shoot square format shots straight to raw
- instead of loads of preset shooting modes, you get three fully customisable 'slots' of your own
- you can assign your own functions to many of the buttons
Full report will follow in due course... in the meantime, back to taking some pictures (instead of talking about taking some pictures).
