Sunday 4 March 2012: Common Waxbill Pair in Hawaii
Another beautiful day, so I thought I would get out early for a bird walk! I had seen these Common Waxbills several days ago, but they are very small and travel in flocks and are very easily scared and scatter quickly! This time I was able to sneak up on the tree which held about 20. I had my eye on a pair that were so cute...love birds for sure!
