Saturday 23 August 2008: a dummy bouquet

I went into town today to watch Mardi Gras. On the way in I spotted wedding cars parked outside the Cathedral. The wedding party was just about to leave the church so I thought I would get some wedding photography practice in anticipation of the wedding shoot next Friday. As a very unofficial and totally uninvited photographer I had to improvise as best I could. This is one of my favourite shots. I hadn't noticed the dummy but I like its juxtaposition with the flowers and the bridesmaid's dress.
