Thursday 1 March 2012: Southwark Evening
Popped down to Borough Market area to resupply--- out of Monmouth and Brindisa. Unfortunately the latter was already closed, but I did replenish the coffee stocks.
It was a gorgeous evening and I really enjoyed the ride. The colors of the sky, reflected in the cathedral were soothing and calming; the contrast of the different ages of the buildings and the quiet street struck me and I snapped a quick picture before making my way--- the leisurely way, over Tower Bridge and along the canals homeward.
