Tuesday 6 March 2012: Black tape!
More tape from the physio this wk- different colour from last week and slightly more curvy. Helped me to run 5 miles this evening though so black is obviously better than blue!!
Throughout 2012 I am raising money for the MS Resource Centre for my mum's 60th birthday year. Sadly she died from MS 12 years ago. I will be doing various challenges throughout the year and uploading a picture a day is one of them.
