Seafood Platter

Sorry, this image is not perfect. It is slightly out of focus. I only took two photographs today and the other one is for elsewhere.

This is a Seafood Platter just before it was taken out to a customer. It is a great way to have a variety of seafoods. On the dish there are Oysters, Langoustines, Mussels, Scallops and smoked Salmon.

It is still fairly quiet at present. But then it is very early yet. Our last customer was an Italian lassy from Venice travelling on her own. We had a chat when she was last in the restaurant. we discussed what her options were to do the following day.

She translated for me what the Italian 'Lonely Planet' had to say about our wee restaurant. We must continue to work hard to maintain our reputation.
