Wales
After yesterday's success in Hampshire with the Spanish Sparrow & Dark-eyed Junco I was tempted into a trip to Wales for the Common Yellowthroat at Rhiwderin. This bird has been noted as being very skulky, rarely getting more than a few feet off the deck and moves around a fair bit, so it was never going to be easy to find and perhaps my tactics of avoiding the twitch crowd by waiting a couple of weeks could prove ill advised.
Today's photo is of Wales. It cost £6 to get in. It wisnae worth it. There are no birds in Wales.
