you put you left foot out, you look for worms and you pull them all out.
That's what this Masked Lapwing was doing near the helipad at Carrington this lunchtime. A brief break in the weather between torrential downpours. Don't you think it has the silliest face?
Thanks for the kind thoughts regarding visiting the dentist today. It was completely painless (I pay next time - then it will be painful). I told the dentist all this rinsing was simply a conspiracy of his to see me dribble. A quick clean up by the assistant at the finish and I was off to work. I stopped dribbling by early afternoon.
