Wednesday 7 March 2012: Somewhere over the rainbow...
...the tramworks are finished. But here in Haymarket the cages and the disruption look set to be here for a while yet. Can't decide if the councillors and the council officials are more like the scarecrow - no brain - or the lion - no courage. Our city has been like the tin man for years now - no heart. Trouble is there is no wizard in the emerald/maroon city (delete according to allegiance) to solve the problem.
