Thursday 8 March 2012: flowers...
I do feel low.
I know I have goodness and happiness in my life,and I cherish the warmth that comes with those.The good times,however,dont make the bad times any less bad.
Just recently I have experienced the purest of loves,that which comes from holding my grandbaby close,and smelling his gorgeous newborn smell as he nuzzles into my neck.Moments like that can never be taken away.
I have also experienced the emotional pain and sadness that comes with the realisation that there doesnt need to be a death for you to grieve. Grief comes in many forms,all of which result in intense pain.
