Thursday 8 March 2012: Flora.

One of the really noticeable changes when moving to Queensland is how green and lush it is up here. The place is so alive that trees and plants and lawn just grow out of control. It's just blue sky, yellow sun and lush greenery everywhere you look and we absolutely love it. It really feels tropical. In South Australia we always wanted to have a palm tree in our backyard. Up here there are palm trees EVERYWHERE!! Here's a picture from our front yard of the glorious blue sky waiting to greet you as you leave the office for the day.
