Thursday 8 March 2012: Not the Northern Lights
From Baildon Moor I wanted to see if there were any signs of the Northern Lights (or Nordly's as Jeanneb53 knows them!). Cloud was forecast so I got there before it turned heavy, on the off chance. More like 'No Chance'.
The moon was stunning but I couldn't get a quality shot so I went for this version of Northern Lights instead. A view across to Yeadon, Horsforth, Leeds Bradford Airport etc.
This time tomorrow I will have enjoyed a beer. I can get used to this 'not drinking on a school night' thing. It makes the Friday one all the more better :o)
