Man-sized, head-high, clifftop grass ... obscuring the sun-warmed lump of granite ... on which three grass snakes were basking ... over which I nearly tripped.

[To be honest - I'm not sure they weren't Adders. Two had slithered away before I'd changed the lens to capture them.]
