I and Mrs. visited my wife's parents. Later I went skating but I only skates about 2 kilometres. Since it's been slightly above zero for a few days the uppermost layer of ice is weak and often gives in under your feet which is likely to make you lose your balance and possibly fall over. There's also a thin layer of snow on the ice so that you can't see those weaker spots nor cracks in the ice. Skating was very hard and non-enjoyable. Hope the temperature goes below zero during night and they clear the snow tomorrow morning. I'd really like to go skating as long as it's possible.
