Saturday 10 March 2012: Country tracks
An afternoon attempting to make a chocolate cheesecake - the bain marie oven technique kinda through me and may have contributed to an extended cooking time due to the gallon of cold water I ended up having to use.
Which all led up to a visit out to the country(ish, ok not really at all but it is past the bypass) to see the family K. Needless to say the mention of pizza seemed to produce more than a few smiles, the wee man likes his cheese (a good sign if you ask me). Really enjoyed ourselves, and look forward to catching up with the lot of them again soon - odd, out-of-blue nightshifts permitting.
