hiding in my head
some days can do a complete 360
today was a great day
until an hour after I got home
and it hit.
I have a pinched nerve in my neck
and it can occasionally floor me
with an overpowering headache.
I suppose some would think of them as migraines,
but migraines have a different cause.
I digress...
Tonight,
S1 found me curled up in a ball
non responsive
(not that I remember).
Same old routine, she rolled me onto my back
a towel under my neck,
and now I'm back as good as gold.
Well, almost,
as normal after these things, I'm exhausted,
can hardly keep my eyes open.
so, night night all.
