Special starter :D

It's the starter in a Chaozhou's (Guangdong,China) restaurant.

It looks not attracting for me,
but it tastes VERY good!! for me :P


I don't know this vegetable in English,
they call it "Ma Ye"~ i guess it's something's leaves~
