Saturday 10 March 2012: numb
went to the pub today to watch the Wales v italy game but despite outward appearances i was in another place entirely for a lot of it. got a friend to drop me off near home then went for a walk thinking it would help, but it didn't.
just can't really grasp what's happened. am i meant to, though?
