Monday 12 March 2012: Roast pork
Today I went to Pak 'n Save to get tofu for dinner and walked out with a few extras - including a small piece of pork to roast. I'm not sure what came over me. However, look closely and you may see a tiny piece of crackling poking out on the top left-hand side.
I think I'm going to try more roasts - I've got a leg of lamb in the freezer which is exciting because lamb has always been the final frontier of roasting for me.
I did also buy the tofu which will be appearing shortly.
