Tuesday 13 March 2012: Tofu tonight
I made tofu with peanut sauce tonight to recover from last night's pork extravaganza.
It looks very pale in this shot but it was actually really good.
Recipe by Mark Bittman from 'How to Cook Everything Vegetarian'. I was supposed to use bok choy but used cabbage which might have contributed to the overall whiteness of the dish.
