Wednesday 14 March 2012: Deer
Headed to Powderham Castle to photograph the masses of daffodils they have on the approach to the main castle and spotted this deer in the long reeds, they are on an enclosed estate so are not as jumpy as most letting me creep right up on him before he shot off.
The lady in the Castle shop said I was lucky because the antlers will drop soon.
