Wednesday 14 March 2012: Diet of an athlete

Tonight I ran 13 9minute miles! It was hard, but it's an important step in my training.

To celebrate - my favourite meal! Chicken rogan josh with mushroom pilau rice & popadoms! The diet of an athlete!

I am raising money for MS Resource Centre by taking a picture a day and asking people who like it to support by texting chal60 £(amount) to 70070. Thanks.
