Little Green Squash....
We are nearing the end of our lovely, home grown squash that we put away in the root cellar last fall! I love these little buttercup squashes....they are sweet and such a lovely shade of orange inside....i even used one a few months ago to practice my painting skills . Baked in the over for 45 minutes and you have a delicious addition to dinner!
Another crappy night's sleep.....so after spending a few hours in the studio, trimming all the mugs and cups i made a couple of days ago...i did a lot of chilling....at the computer, reading....watching TED talks....kinda nice way to spend the afternoon i have to say! but here's hoping for a good long nights sleep!
