Thursday 15 March 2012: Red Kite playtime
after feeding........
we went to Gigrin Farm in Rhayader, Powys to see the red kites
it was an amazing spectacle, hundreds of the are fed daily by the farmer
20 years ago they started, when 2 visited the garden......they chopped up some rabbits for them.........the next day there were 4 and so it grew.
Kites from Scotland, Northumberland even come to visit and feed.
