Friday 16 March 2012: Top Withens

went for a walk first thing as it was such a good day, ended up on the moors out by top withers,

This farmhouse has been associated with WUTHERING HEIGHTS the earns haw home in Emily Brontes novel
This building even when complete bore no resemblance to the house she described,

how gutted must the tourists be after walking for 5 miles and finding out the house is not even the one in the book,

and we all know the house is really in Ireland ;)
