Friday 16 March 2012: For medicinal purposes only...
Since visiting the hygienist yesterday, one of my teeth and its surrounding gums have been hurting a lot. It's all very ouchy. Bonjela (not the original flavour but some rubbish 'sugar-free banana' version) has had not any effect at all, so I've resorted to the traditional soother for toothache: namely, alcohol. This was tonight's prescription - a glass of an armagnac that a friend bought me for a birthday.
