Residences on a sunny Sunday

Hooray! Finally the sun shines with that intensity that tells you that the winter won't last much longer.

These units replaced a falling-down two-story commercial building. People were at first unhappy to see the old building go, thinking it was part of the character of the neighborhood. But the builder did a nice job with the new old. I like the lines and colors. The rents, though, are very high, this being an area that is becoming more desirable.
