Stormy weather

With spring officially arriving tomorrow, we took a very hearty and intense goodbye of winter today!

With gale force winds, rain and icy cold since yesterday, the word 'winter, has really taken on the true meaning today.

It is not unusual for our winters to show it's true colours late in the season, but at this stage, everybody is wishing for a little warmth.

I really feel pity for the farm animals and the likes who have no shelter out in the cold ...

With the inclement weather, I kept inside and blipped through the window .. trying to capture the force of the wind - but not very successful.
