Friday 16 March 2012: Obese Pigeon
Despite the rain Coco was desperate to get outside and chase the obese pigeon - a little unkind but it is a very plump pigeon. I think it's a wood pigeon which my bird book says is larger than an ordinary one, but the real reason it was christened the obese pigeon is the way in which it muscles in and hoovers up all the bird food. Josh has taken a bit of a dislike to it and will shoo it away, especially if his robin is waiting in the bush for its turn at the food.
