Saturday 17 March 2012: Don
I met Don yesterday after he had a wardrobe malfunction. He was part of a Scottish band bringing up the rear of the Adelaide St Patricks Day Parade. As he marched around the corner from Grote St to Morphett St, it was clear that his kilt was falling down. Realising this, he stepped out. I went over to talk to him and he handed me his bagpipes, while he adjusted his kilt. He is 68 and has been playing the pipes for over 50 years. After fixing his kilt, he jogged off to join the group again, but not before posing for the camera. Onya Don.
