Friday 16 March 2012: pedernales falls
today my brother and his wife took off from work and we headed out to the hill country to enjoy some hiking and relaxing on the rocks of pedernales falls.
the weather was cool and perfect.
we decided to finish off the day with dinner and beer at the Salt Lick BBQ. It sounded good at the time--all the years I lived in Austin and I had never been out the salt lick in driftwood. it was good, but i think i had enough meat for a long time....i might be rethinking vegetarianism.
