A day spent driving for the most part, up to Aberdeen (well, Ellon to be precise) to see my sister on her 30th birthday. Lunch was had in Inverurie and my Brother and I took the chance to spin by Tolquholn Castle on the way back after eating, somewhere we both used to cycle to as kids.

All of this was good.

But.

Mel was supposed to be coming north with me, but one of the cats is still very unwell, and the worst phonecall of all will probably have to be made to the vet tomorrow. Sitting up now, not wanting to go to bed, because that means it will be tomorrow sooner...
