Sunday 18 March 2012: Always read the small print
Back to grey skies again today after the past week of sunshine. Popped down to visit the boat this morning just to make sure she wasn't taking on water, having been out of the water for four days last week. All was well and we saw a father and two little boys fishing under the wharf, both of the children excitedly telling us how many fish they had caught. While we there one of them hooked a large eel but, rather to his father's relief, it got away again!
This sign made me smile. I spotted it in town as I was walking through an arcade. I wondered if a recent increase in business had prompted the addition of the line at the bottom!
